Oded Ron, Founder & Managing Director

Oded Ron's extensive background covers thirteen years working in high tech and traditional industry. His record includes serving at the top decision-making levels of several global leading corporations as well as filling senior consulting positions.

Oded founded Jumpstart Corporate Finance Corporate Finance in October 2001 in the middle of a global economy crisis. He built and implemented an outstanding value proposition directed to the main sufferers of global recession: start-ups, VCs, market leaders and financial institutions. During 2002-3 he expanded Jumpstart Corporate Finance Corporate Finance operations to cover distressed technology transactions (WindIP), recovery plans and turnaround solutions.

Prior to Jumpstart Corporate Finance Corporate Finance he served as CFO and Finance Director of DMATEK Ltd. (London Stock Exchange: DTK.L) and its subsidiaries, AVT Ltd. (quality control systems for the printing industry, currently listed on Frankfurt's Neur Market: VSJ) and Elmotech Ltd. (electronic monitoring systems), a major player in the international electronic security market.

While at DMATEK, Oded Ron raised private, VC, and public funds. He was the first Israeli CFO to raise capital on the London Stock Exchange. He has comprehensive experience in the strategic and financial issues in all stages of a start-up's growth. Oded also served as Auditing Manager at Ernst & Young Israel where he dealt mainly with NASDAQ traded IT corporations. Oded Ron is an Israeli CPA with a Bachelor's degree in business and finance, as well as a professional mediator.
