Udi Broyer, Financial Director

Prior to joining Jumpstart Corporate Finance, Udi Broyer served as a Corporate Controller of Lumenis Ltd. (NASDAQ: LUME), a world leader in cosmetics laser applications market. He also served as V.P. of Finance at Fundtech Ltd. (NASDAQ: FNDT), a market leader in software development for financial institutions. In his role at Fundtech and Lumenis, Udi was responsible for these companies' financial activities and was a key player in several M&A deals (involving due diligence, acquisitions and joint ventures).

Udi Broyer's skills include wide experience in managing public offerings such as the $100m fundraising achieved for Fundtech. Prior to his executive posts, Udi was employed by Ernst & Young Israel as a Senior Audit Manager specializing in the high-tech industry. Udi Broyer is an Israeli CPA with a BA degree in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
